Stan and Kate are very warm and welcoming hosts. Stan picked us up from the airport and gave us lots of information about the flat, the local area and fun things to do on the island. This was a great way to start the holiday and helped us to feel settled quickly.The apartment is exactly as described and pictured and the flat is very well set up and has everything you would need for a home away from home. The beds are comfy and the kitchen very well equipped, even having a dishwasher which is a great thing to have when on holiday. I cannot recommend this apartment enough.The pool area is also very nice and has lots of loungers available and the location of the flat is ideal, as it is in a lovely quiet area but only a 5-10 minute walk from all of the action.

Really nice apartment clean, cosy good and quiet location . Supermarket 5 min walking distance, restaurants and boulevard also 5 minutes walking distance.

Had a lovely stay at Kate & Stan’s apartment. Location was great. Close to amenities & the beach but a nice quieter street. Apartment was very clean, great WiFi, had everything you needed & if you had any questions or enquiries the hosts were quick to respond.On-site pools were just perfect for the children & were never busy. Would highly recommend this place 😊

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We spent 2 weeks in Stan’s apartament. We had all we needed and the internet connection was perfect for remote work. The balcony is big with large table. The neighbourhood is quiet, we also enjoyed the complex’s pool. The distance to Los Cristianos beach is 15 minutes walk.

Great solution, building more very well maintained and the apartment is fully equipped and everything working more than fine. Added value the large and enjoyable terrace.10' walking by the beach and easy to park.Stan was helpfull, kind and fast in communication.

Great airbnb was extremely clean and well equip. In particular the kitchen had lots of utensils, pot, pan, plates etc. Bed was comfortable and the airbnb was in a quiet neighbourhood which made it very easy to get a good night's sleep. Host was very attentive and quick to reply to our messages. The communisal pool area was great for relaxing and was well maintained. All round a great holiday. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great apartment and wonderful location! It's close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but very quiet and secluded. Stan is an amazing host.

Great place to stay. The place is of a decent size and has everything you need for your holiday. Very well positioned, close to the beach and restaurants. Everything was as described and it does indeed feel like home. Stan is a great host, he was very attentive and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you, we will be back!
